This was back in November 2015 so apologize for the delay. We were extremely pleased! Joe was very particular treating our home as his own as well as being very personable (his online photos of the pizzas he is proud of making was fun!). We were on a time crunch with our Son visiting from Florida we needed to pick up at the airport same day as installation but he and his helper for the day were so understanding, efficient and meticulous!
